1. Order processing and dispatch times
We carefully prepare every CAPOARTI product before shipping.
For products that are in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
For made-to-order products, custom products or products that require production before shipping, dispatch may take up to 30 days after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products, we may ship the order together once all products are ready, unless agreed otherwise.
2. Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 7 days, depending on the destination country, carrier service, customs procedures and other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are provided for guidance only.
The total estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is therefore:

In-stock products: dispatch within 5 business days + estimated delivery of 3 to 7 days.

Made-to-order products: dispatch within up to 30 days + estimated delivery of 3 to 7 days.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
The final shipping cost may depend on the delivery country, product size, product weight, order value and selected shipping method.
4. Delivery countries
We ship to the countries available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@capoarti.com and we will let you know whether delivery is possible.
5. Tracking information
When your order is dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
6. Delivery address
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
CAPOARTI is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@capoarti.com.
7. Failed delivery or uncollected packages
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery or because the package was not collected on time, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, additional shipping costs for re-sending the package may be charged to the customer.
If the order is cancelled after a failed delivery or uncollected package, we may deduct the actual shipping and return shipping costs from the refund, where permitted by law.
8. Damaged packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend that you document the damage with photos before opening it and, where possible, report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
If the product inside is damaged, incorrect or not in conformity with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@capoarti.com.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Delays
We do our best to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occasionally occur.
Delays may be caused by high order volume, production time, carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
If we become aware of a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Customs, duties and import taxes
For deliveries within the European Union, VAT and shipping costs will be handled according to applicable EU rules and the information displayed at checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
CAPOARTI is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local authorities.
11. Large or special products
Some CAPOARTI products may be large, heavy or require special handling.
For larger furniture pieces, custom orders or special shipments, delivery terms may be agreed individually before or after the order is placed.
