This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the CAPOARTI online store.

At CAPOARTI, we carefully craft and finish every product from natural wood. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so this policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, withdrawal from the contract, damaged items and custom-made products.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and you purchased a product online from CAPOARTI, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the product. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last product from your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

Where available, you may also use the electronic withdrawal or return function provided in our online store, customer account, order page or return portal.
2. How to request a return
To help us process your return quickly, please include the following information when contacting us:

your order number,

the email address used for the order,

the product you wish to return,

a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract or return the product.
After receiving your request, we will send you return instructions and confirm the correct return address.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
3. Return deadline
You must send the product back to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if you send the product back before the 14-day period expires.
4. Condition of returned products
Returned products must be properly protected and packaged, preferably in the original packaging or in packaging that ensures safe transport.
You may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to what would be allowed in a physical store.
If the product has been used, installed, damaged, altered or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, you may be responsible for any loss in value.
Because our products are made from natural wood, small differences in colour, wood grain, texture, knots, pattern or tone are not considered defects. They are natural characteristics of solid wood and make each CAPOARTI product unique.
5. Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer, unless the product is damaged, incorrect or not in conformity with the order.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. If the customer arranges the return shipment, CAPOARTI cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the eligible payment no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that you have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout, if delivery was charged. Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive or special delivery method are not refundable.
7. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
This includes, but is not limited to:

custom-made products,

products made in non-standard dimensions,

personalised products,
-
engraved products,
-
products with a specially requested colour, finish, treatment or construction change,

any other product made specifically according to the customer’s instructions.
This exception does not apply to standard products from our online store unless they have been customised or personalised according to your instructions.
8. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@capoarti.com.

a description of the issue,

photos of the product,

photos of the packaging, if the package was damaged during delivery.
If the product is damaged, incorrect or not in conformity with the order, we will handle the case in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In such cases, the cost of return shipping will be paid by us.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, appropriate solution or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
9. Statutory rights and legal guarantee of conformity
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
If you believe that a product is not in conformity with the contract, please contact us at info@capoarti.com and provide a clear description of the issue. We may ask you to provide photos or return the product so that we can inspect it and process your claim properly.
10. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at info@capoarti.com.
Exchanges are possible only if the product is eligible for return and the requested replacement product is available. In some cases, the fastest solution is to return the original product and place a new order.
