These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store and the purchase of products from CAPOARTI. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these Terms, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Galenaro d.o.o. / CAPOARTI. The words “you” and “customer” refer to the person using our website or purchasing products from our online store.

1. General information

CAPOARTI is a European woodworking brand offering wooden home, kitchen, furniture and lifestyle products. Our products are made from natural wood and are carefully crafted, finished and prepared for everyday use.

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or that you are using the website with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our website or products for any illegal, unauthorised or harmful purpose.

2. Products and natural materials

We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including their colours, dimensions, materials and details.

Because our products are made from natural wood, each item may have unique characteristics. Differences in wood grain, colour, tone, texture, knots, natural marks and pattern are normal and are not considered defects.

Product photos are for presentation purposes. Slight variations may occur due to natural material differences, screen settings, lighting, production batches or hand-finishing.

3. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue products at any time, or to refuse an order if the product is unavailable, incorrectly listed or cannot be supplied.

If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution, such as a later delivery date, an alternative product or a refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.

An order is considered accepted when we confirm it by email or start processing it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to:

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the paid amount.

7. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on production time, product availability, carrier service, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

If a product is made to order or requires additional preparation time, the estimated processing or production time may be shown on the product page, at checkout or communicated to you by email.

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you when the product is delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, excluding the carrier.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and you purchased a product online from CAPOARTI, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period usually expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the product. If your order is delivered in several shipments, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

9. Returns and refunds

Products must be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returned products must be properly protected and packaged. You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Unless the product is damaged, incorrect or not in conformity with the order, the direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

10. Custom-made and personalised products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, unless the product is defective or not in conformity with the contract.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• custom-made products,

• products made in non-standard dimensions,

• personalised products,

• engraved products,

• products with specially requested colours, finishes, treatments or construction changes,

• products made specifically according to the customer’s instructions.

Before confirming a custom-made or personalised order, please carefully check all details, dimensions, materials, finishes and specifications.

11. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@capoarti.com.

Please include:

• your order number,

• a description of the issue,

• photos of the product,

• photos of the packaging, if the package was damaged during delivery.

We will handle such cases in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, appropriate solution or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

12. Product care and use

Our wooden products must be used and maintained properly.

Unless stated otherwise, wooden products should not be placed in a dishwasher, soaked in water for long periods, exposed to extreme heat, exposed to direct flame or stored in very humid conditions.

Cutting boards, serving boards and other wooden kitchen products may require regular maintenance with suitable food-safe oil, depending on use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, improper storage, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear or use contrary to the product instructions.

13. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, product descriptions, photos, designs, graphics, logos, brand elements, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Galenaro d.o.o. / CAPOARTI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

14. Website use

You agree not to:

• use our website for unlawful purposes,

• interfere with the security or operation of the website,

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems,

If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and try to find an appropriate solution.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights provided by the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms affects your right to seek protection before the competent court or authority in accordance with applicable law.
